Bren Foster is a taekwondoka, kickboxer and Australian actor. Foster began practicing Taekwondo since the age of six years and at the age of only 15 years, he manages to win the national championships Australia. At the age of 19 years can participate in the championships of Taekwondo where he became Intercontinental champion. At age 23 he decided to leave to try their hand at the Taekwondo Kickboxing.
Foster has won more than 150 medals and first fought in over 200 matches ranging from Taekwondo to Kickboxing and Karate full contact. He practiced for a year in Thailand Muay Thai and also in South Korea for 4 years Hapkido. He has participated in several television programs of martial arts, and in various competitions comparison between the martial arts.
